El bizcocho de queso crema está en el menú de Cooking Tree, ¡y te vamos a enseñar a hacer esta deliciosa receta desde cero!

¡Hice un bizcocho de queso crema relleno con aromática mermelada de frambuesa! Puedes hornearlo en una fuente para horno, pero esta vez lo horneé en un recipiente para horno y lo preparé para comer mientras estaba caliente.

Hornee y coma de inmediato, para que el pan quede más suave y se pueda comer suavemente con la mermelada tibia ~^^ Después de hornear durante unos 10 minutos, hice un corte en el medio y quedó deliciosamente asado.

Creo que a la masa se le añade queso crema, así tiene buen sabor y queda más húmeda.

Es un pastel que puedes disfrutar cálidamente cuando hace frío~*^^*

Ingredients

  • 100 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 50 g de queso crema
  • 70 g de azúcar
  • una pizca de sal
  • 100 g de huevo
  • 3g de extracto de vainilla
  • 115 g de harina común
  • 2,5 g de levadura en polvo
  • Mermelada de frambuesa

Instructions

  1. Poner la mantequilla en un bol y soltar con cuidado. Agrega el queso crema y mezcla, luego agrega el azúcar y la sal y mezcla.
  2. Agrega 1/2 huevo y mezcla, luego agrega el huevo restante y el extracto de vainilla y mezcla.
  3. Tamizar la harina de trigo y la levadura en polvo y mezclar.
  4. Poner 1/3 de la masa en un bol listo para horno, aplanarla y cubrir con mermelada de frambuesa.
  5. Coloca el resto de la masa sobre la mermelada y hornea en horno precalentado a 180 grados durante 35 minutos.
