Cooking Tree te ofrece una deliciosa receta de Baumkuchen ( pastel de árbol ) sin horno y te mostraremos cómo prepararlo desde cero.

Hice Baumkuchen, un pastel alemán con una maravillosa forma de anillo enrollado, sin horno usando una sartén.
Lleva menos tiempo que hacerlo en el horno y me gusta que se puede hacer tan simple como enrollar un huevo.

No lo hornees a fuego lento hasta que se dore, para que el color quede bonito al cortarlo.
Sabe bien con miel y extracto de vainilla, y parece que se hornea un poco más crujiente que cuando se hornea en el horno.

Sabe muy bien con sirope de agave o chocolate derretido~~*^^*

Ingredients

  • Merengue (3 claras de huevo + 80g de azúcar)
  • 3 yema de huevo
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 13g de miel
  • 135 g de harina común
  • 7 g de levadura en polvo
  • 95 g de leche
  • 40 g de mantequilla derretida

Instructions

  1. Agrega la yema de huevo al merengue y mezcla, luego agrega el extracto de vainilla y la miel y mezcla.
  2. Tamizar la harina de trigo y la levadura en polvo y mezclar, luego agregar un poco de masa a la leche + mantequilla derretida y mezclar.
  3. Pon la masa mezclada en la masa principal y mezcla.
  4. Envuelve el rollo en papel de aluminio.
  5. Engrasar la sartén con aceite de cocina, extender la masa y extenderla finamente, y poner un rodillo en el extremo.
  6. Enrollar con mijo.
  7. Vierta la masa, conéctela con la punta, extiéndala finamente y hornee repetidamente.
  8. Sumergir un poco la parte final de la masa y unir la parte final y hornear.
