¡Hice un bizcocho de tiramisú poniendo crema de queso crema sobre un pastel lleno de sabor a café!

Lo amasé con esencia de café y cacao en polvo, puedo sentir ambos sabores y creo que sabe mejor ~ Si no tienes esencia de café, puedes agregarle café instantáneo espeso.

Es bueno comerlo con crema de queso crema para que quede un poco más suave sin ser grasoso ~^^ Si te gusta la crema, puedes aumentar la cantidad de crema para hacerla más espesa.

Ingredients

  • 150 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 75 g de queso crema
  • 100 g de azúcar
  • una pizca de sal
  • 150 g de huevo
  • 1/2 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
  • 1ts Esencia de Café
  • 165 g de harina común
  • 8 g de cacao en polvo
  • 4 g de levadura en polvo
  • Nata montada (75 g de nata para montar + 15 g de azúcar)
  • 100g de queso crema frío

Instructions

  1. Después de ablandar la mantequilla, agregue el queso crema y mezcle.
  2. Agrega el azúcar y la sal y mezcla, luego agrega la mitad del huevo y mezcla.
  3. Agrega los huevos restantes, el extracto de vainilla y la esencia de café y mezcla.
  4. Tamizar la harina de trigo, el cacao en polvo y la levadura en polvo y mezclar.
  5. Colocar en una fuente para horno, hornear en horno precalentado a 180 grados durante 40 minutos y enfriar.
  6. Mezclar la nata montada y el queso crema frío y colocar en una manga pastelera.
