Ingredients

  • (3~4ea)
  • 65g clara de huevo
  • 20g Azúcar
  • 1/4 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
  • 52g Almendra en polvo
  • 35g Azúcar en polvo
  • 12g de harina de repostería
  • Crema flan
  • Azúcar en polvo
  • Fresa
  • Menta de manzana

Instructions

  1. Poner la clara de huevo en un bol y batir. Cuando suba una burbuja grande, agregue azúcar y extracto de vainilla y bata para hacer un merengue.
  2. Tamizar la almendra en polvo, el azúcar en polvo y la harina blanda y mezclar.
  3. Exprima una forma en una fuente de horno y haga un surco en el medio.
  4. Espolvorear azúcar glass dos veces y hornear en horno precalentado a 180 grados durante 12 minutos.
  5. Cocinar en el horno y presionar la parte central mientras está caliente.
  6. Cortar las fresas por la mitad.
  7. Rellenar el centro con crema pastelera y poner fresas encima.
  8. Adorne con azúcar en polvo y menta de manzana.
