Pastel De Algodón De Azúcar

En Cooking Tree, estamos sirviendo un delicioso pastel de algodón de azúcar y te mostraremos cómo hacerlo desde cero.

Hice un pastel de crema batida en colores pastel cubierto con un esponjoso algodón de azúcar en forma de nube ~

Hornea Genuise mezclando 3 colores, blanco glaseado y luego decora con 3 colores para hacer una gradación, para que combine bien con un acogedor algodón de azúcar~^^

Corté tanto la parte superior como la inferior de la bandeja para pastel y la usé para hacer unas 3 hojas, pero pensé que sería más bonito si aumentara un poco más la cantidad y horneara 4 hojas.

Si bates la nata montada un poco más fina por fuera, parece que se aplica suavemente.

El algodón de azúcar se derrite más rápido de lo que pensaba, así que está bien poner mucho encima~ Creo que es un pastel encantador con colores pastel~*^^*

Ingredients

  • 190 g de huevo
  • 130 g de azúcar
  • 13g de miel
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 33 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 53g de leche
  • 120 g de harina para repostería
  • Colorante alimentario (rojo, morado, verde, blanco)
  • Nata montada (250 g de nata para montar + 25 g de azúcar)
  • Jarabe de azucar

Instructions

  1. Coloque un tazón de huevos en una olla con agua caliente, agregue azúcar, miel y extracto de vainilla y revuelva hasta que la temperatura alcance los 40 grados.
  2. Batir con una batidora de mano hasta obtener una rica espuma de color marfil. Tamizar la harina blanda y mezclar.
  3. Vierta un poco de la masa en el bol de mantequilla derretida sin sal y leche (temperatura 50-60 grados), mezcle, agregue a la masa principal, mezcle y hornee en un horno precalentado a 180 grados durante 35 minutos.
  4. Después de enfriar, cortar la parte superior e inferior, cortar en 3 trozos y cortar en moldes de 15 cm.
  5. Colocar una hoja en un plato giratorio, espolvorear con almíbar de azúcar, aplicar crema batida y colocar otra hoja encima. Repita una vez más.
  6. Aplica suavemente crema en la parte superior y en los lados, luego cubre los lados del pastel con crema batida de diferentes colores y pon algodón de azúcar encima para terminar.
