Pastel de arroz con helado de vainilla

El pastel de arroz con helado de vainilla está en el menú de Cooking Tree, ¡y te vamos a enseñar a hacer esta deliciosa receta desde cero!

Hice un helado perfecto agregando helado de vainilla ~
El pastel de arroz glutinoso blanco con helado de vainilla blanco le da una sensación limpia y fresca.

También hice helado de vainilla yo mismo, pero puedes hacerlo fácilmente agregando helado disponible comercialmente.
Si lo haces usando una lámina de bizcocho en lugar de simplemente añadirle helado, es más fácil darle forma y sabe mucho mejor.

Para la lámina de esponja, utilicé aproximadamente 2 láminas de 18 cm de grosor de 1 cm ~

Está delicioso incluso si lo congelas y lo comes duro. Cuando se derrite un poco, la torta de arroz se vuelve blanda y tiene buena textura.

Ingredients

  • 2 yemas de huevo
  • 30 g de azúcar
  • 100 g de leche condensada
  • 5 g de almidón de maíz
  • 150 g de leche caliente
  • 10 g de pasta de vainilla
  • 250 g de nata espesa
  • 200 g de arroz glutinoso en polvo (seco)
  • 80 g de azúcar
  • 2 g de sal
  • 250 g de agua caliente
  • Hoja de bizcocho

Instructions

  1. Agregue el azúcar a la yema de huevo y mezcle, agregue la maicena y mezcle, luego agregue la leche condensada y la pasta de vainilla y mezcle.
  2. Verter la leche caliente, mezclar, poner en un cazo y calentar a fuego lento hasta que espese un poco.
  3. Transfiera a otro bol y enfríe en el refrigerador.
  4. Montar la nata fresca hasta aproximadamente el 70% y filtrar la nata enfriada (3) a través de un colador y mezclar.
  5. Poner en un recipiente y endurecer en el congelador durante al menos 6 horas.
  6. Mezclar la harina de arroz glutinoso con el azúcar y la sal, agregar agua caliente y mezclar, cubrir con film transparente y llevar al microondas por 2 minutos.
  7. Mezclar bien, cubrir con film transparente, girar durante 2 minutos y amasar durante unos 5 minutos hasta que esté pegajoso.
  8. Espolvorear almidón, poner la masa encima y dejar enfriar hasta que esté tibia, luego cortarla en un tamaño adecuado y extenderla.
  9. Poner la masa en un molde de silicona, sacar el helado de vainilla con una cuchara dosificadora semiesférica, poner una lámina de bizcocho cortada en 4cm y envolverla con la masa.
  10. Congelar firmemente en el congelador.
