Ingredients

  • 210 g de harina para repostería
  • 150 g de mantequilla fría sin sal
  • 50 g de agua fría
  • 5 g de azúcar
  • 1g de sal
  • 3g de cacao en polvo
  • 1 huevo
  • 20g de leche
  • 250 g de nata para montar
  • 30 g de azúcar
  • 25 g de cacao en polvo

Instructions

  1. Agregue mantequilla fría sin sal a la harina blanda y corte con un raspador hasta que la mantequilla quede pequeña, mezcle, luego agregue agua fría, azúcar y sal y mezcle hasta formar un grumo.
  2. Dividir la masa por la mitad, tamizar el cacao en polvo en un lugar y mezclar.
