Cooking Tree le mostrará cómo hacer una versión casera de esta deliciosa receta de pastel de hojaldres de crema ( pastel polaco de los Cárpatos ).

Hice un bizcocho relleno de nata horneando una masa grande para los choux.
Se dice que este pastel es uno de los más populares de Polonia.

Hice la crema pastelera mezclando mantequilla y nata montada con la crema pastelera después de adelgazar un poco la masa y hornearla para que se hinche de forma natural.

Originalmente, rellené la crema solo con crema pastelera y mantequilla, pero pensé que estaba un poco grasosa, así que reduje la mantequilla y mezclé crema batida para hacerla un poco más ligera y quedó más deliciosa ~

Es fácil de hacer sin adornos ni glaseado especiales, así que creo que sabe bien y a todos les gustará~

INGREDIENTES:

  • 3 yemas de huevo
  • 55 g de azúcar
  • 20 g de almidón de maíz
  • 300 g de leche caliente
  • 5 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 60 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 1g de sal
  • 65 g de leche
  • 65 g de agua
  • 80 g de harina para repostería
  • 3 huevos (unos 140-150 g)
  • 70 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 20 g de azúcar
  • 150 g de nata espesa batida (batida al 50%)

INSTRUCCIÓN

  1. Agrega el azúcar a la yema del huevo y mezcla, luego agrega la maicena y mezcla, vierte la leche caliente poco a poco para mezclar, agrega el extracto de vainilla y mezcla.
  2. Transfiera a una olla, revuelva a fuego lento y hierva hasta que espese, luego enfríe a temperatura ambiente y enfríe en el refrigerador.
  3. Ponga mantequilla sin sal, sal, leche y agua en una olla y hiérvala hasta que la mantequilla se derrita. Retirar del fuego y tamizar la harina blanda y mezclar.
  4. Pon la olla a fuego lento y sofríe a fuego lento hasta que la masa esté brillante y se forme una fina película en el fondo de la olla.
  5. Transfiera a otro tazón, enfríe un poco y agregue los huevos en 3 tandas y mezcle.
  6. Coloca la masa en un molde, hornea en horno precalentado a 190 grados durante 25 minutos y deja enfriar.
  7. Batir suavemente la mantequilla sin sal, agregar el azúcar y mezclar, luego agregar la crema pastelera enfriada y mezclar, luego agregar la nata montada al 50% y mezclar para hacer la nata.
  8. Colocar 1 choux en un molde de 18 cm, añadir la nata, aplanarlo, ponerle otro choux y endurecerlo en el frigorífico durante 3 horas.
