Nutella Cake es una de las recetas deliciosas, Cooking Tree te mostrará cómo preparar esta receta paso a paso.

Hice un pastel de Nutella con crema cayendo como una cascada cuando le pones mosti~

Las láminas al horno con Nutella y la crema batida con Nutella son sabrosas y deliciosas~^^

Si pones una tira alta de mousse sobre el pastel, bates la crema finamente y retiras la tira de mousse antes de comerla, la crema se derramará y se verá divertida y deliciosa ~~

Adjunté dos tiras de mousse de 7 cm, corté la parte inferior para adaptarla al tamaño y las usé~

La hoja de bizcocho que quedó después del corte se filtró a través de un colador, se hizo polvo y se colocó encima de la crema.

Es relativamente simple y delicioso, así que creo que es un buen pastel para hacer y comer~*^^*

Ingredients

  • 155 g de huevo
  • 60 g de azúcar
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 30 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 45g de leche
  • 50g de Nutella
  • 90 g de harina para repostería
  • 15 g de cacao en polvo
  • 220 g de nata para montar
  • 50g de Nutella

Instructions

  1. Coloque un bol con huevos en una olla con agua caliente, agregue el azúcar y el extracto de vainilla y revuelva hasta que la temperatura alcance los 40 grados.
  2. Batir con una batidora de mano hasta obtener una rica espuma de color marfil, luego tamizar la harina suave y el cacao en polvo y mezclar.
  3. Poner un poco de masa en un bol con mantequilla derretida sin sal, leche y Nutella (temperatura 50-60 grados), mezclar, poner en la masa principal, mezclar, verter en el molde, hornear en un horno precalentado a 170 grados durante 30-35 minutos y enfriar. .
  4. Corta el fondo del bizcocho enfriado y pasa el bizcocho cortado por un colador para obtener un polvo.
  5. Pon el bigote en el pastel y pega la cinta al centro.
