Los Donuts de Crema Natilla están en el menú de Cooking Tree, ¡y te vamos a enseñar a hacer esta deliciosa receta desde cero!

Hice un donut de crema pastelera para que puedas sentir la suavidad de tu boca al darle un mordisco.
Puedes hacer una variedad de formas de rosquilla, pero yo hice la forma más parecida a una rosquilla dándole forma a mano sin molde ni restos de masa.

Al freír donuts, si la temperatura del aceite es demasiado alta, se quemarán rápidamente, por lo que es mejor freírlos a una temperatura ligeramente más baja, de unos 160 grados.
Es delicioso comerlo solo con azúcar, pero queda más suave y delicioso si se come con crema pastelera.

Las donas fritas quedan crujientes por fuera y masticables por dentro, ¡qué deliciosas!
No es difícil hacerlo sin demasiado aceite como pensaba.

Ingredients

  • 2 yemas de huevo
  • 40 g de azúcar
  • 12 g de maicena
  • 4 g de pasta de vainilla
  • 200 g de leche
  • 15 g de mantequilla sin sal

  • 150 g de leche tibia
  • 6 g de levadura seca
  • 40 g de azúcar
  • 6 g de sal
  • 1 huevo
  • 320 g de harina pan
  • 50 g de mantequilla sin sal

Instructions

  1. Mezclar la yema de huevo con el azúcar y la sal, luego agregar la maicena y mezclar. Agregue la pasta de vainilla y mezcle.
  2. Agrega la leche y mezcla uniformemente, luego ponla a fuego lento y hiérvela hasta que espese y suban burbujas.
  3. Agregue mantequilla, mezcle, transfiera a un tazón y use una envoltura de plástico para evitar que el aire entre en contacto con la parte superior y enfríe en el refrigerador. (También es posible amasar a mano)
  4. Agregue la levadura a la leche tibia (aproximadamente 40 grados), mezcle y ponga en una amasadora.
  5. Agrega el azúcar, la sal y el huevo y mezcla, luego agrega la harina fuerte y amasa durante unos 10 minutos.
  6. Agrega la mantequilla y amasa durante unos 10 minutos. Ponlo en un bol, cúbrelo con film transparente y fermenta hasta que se expanda 2 o 3 veces. (Aproximadamente 1 hora)
  7. Retirar el gas de la masa, cortarla en 8 trozos, hacer un círculo, cubrirla con film transparente y fermentar durante unos 15 minutos.
  8. Después de quitarle el gas a la masa y redondearla, hacer un agujero en el medio y estirar la masa poco a poco hasta darle forma de donut. (Hice esto porque se puede hacer sin cortar la masa)
  9. Coloca la masa encima del papel pergamino, cúbrela con film transparente y fermenta durante unos 30 minutos.
  10. Poner la masa en aceite a unos 160 grados y freírla por ambos lados hasta que cambie de color.
  11. Sumérgelo en azúcar y cómelo tal cual o córtalo por la mitad y disfrútalo con crema pastelera.
