Hice una tarta de queso con uvas verdes rellena de uvas verdes en una gelatina transparente ~
Endurecí la tarta de queso con uvas verdes en un molde de 12 cm y la puse en un molde de 15 cm para endurecer la superficie con gelatina para que quede transparente.

Ingredients

  • 250 g de queso crema
  • 65 g de azúcar
  • 50 g de yogur natural
  • 4 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 5 g de jugo de limón
  • 5g de gelatina
  • 150 g de nata espesa batida (batida al 50%)
  • uva verde
  • 85g de galletas digestivas trituradas
  • 40 g de mantequilla sin sal derretida
  • 250 g de agua
  • 40 g de azúcar
  • 8 g de jugo de limón
  • 12g de gelatina

Instructions

  1. Ablanda el queso crema, agrega el azúcar y mezcla. Agrega el yogur natural, el extracto de vainilla y el jugo de limón y mezcla.
  2. Remojar en agua fría durante unos 10 minutos, escurrir y calentar en el microondas durante 10 segundos para agregar la gelatina derretida, luego agregar el 50 % de crema batida fina y mezclar.
  3. Coloque las uvas en rodajas en la pared interior de un marco de 12 cm, coloque la masa de tarta de queso a un lado, coloque las uvas sin cortar encima, cubra con masa y endurezca en el congelador durante 1 hora.
  4. Mezclar las Galletas Daize trituradas y la mantequilla sin sal derretida, presionar sobre el fondo del molde de 15 cm y endurecer en el frigorífico durante unos 10 minutos.
  5. Echar un poco de masa de tarta de queso en un molde de 15 cm, aplanarlo y endurecerlo en el frigorífico durante unos 30 minutos.

  8. Rellene el molde con el resto de la masa de tarta de queso y déjelo endurecer en el frigorífico durante 3 horas.
