Cooking Tree te ofrece una deliciosa receta de bizcocho y te mostraremos cómo prepararlo desde cero.

Hice un bizcocho de la manera más básica ~
La harina, la mantequilla, el huevo y el azúcar se hacen en la misma proporción, pero parece ser un bizcocho pesado y espeso ~

Usé un molde grande y dos moldes pequeños para hornear juntos, pero si haces solo un molde pequeño, creo que puedes hacerlo usando solo 1/3 de la cantidad de la receta~

Después de hornear, exprime una fina línea de mantequilla en el medio y hornéala, parece que la parte superior se va a romper muy bien ~
Después de hornearla, enfríala a temperatura ambiente, séllala con film transparente y fermenta en el refrigerador durante un día o entonces.

Ingredients

  • 300 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 300 g de azúcar
  • 3g de sal
  • 6 huevos
  • 10 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 300 g de harina para repostería
  • 6 g de levadura en polvo
  • 80g de leche

Instructions

  1. Ablande la mantequilla sin sal, agregue el azúcar y la sal en 3 porciones y bata bien hasta que quede blanca.
  2. Agrega extracto de vainilla a un huevo que no esté frío y suelta, luego agrega poco a poco a la masa y mezcla.
  3. Tamizar la harina blanda y el polvo para hornear y mezclar, luego agregar la leche y mezclar hasta que quede suave.
  4. Poner la mantequilla en un molde, quitar las burbujas de aire, darle forma a la parte superior y moldear, poner una fina línea de mantequilla sin sal en el medio y hornear en horno precalentado a 165 grados durante 45 minutos (molde pequeño) / 60 minutos. (molde grande).
  5. Desmoldar, enfriar, envolver en film transparente y madurar en el frigorífico.
