Pastel de terciopelo rojo navideño

Cooking Tree le mostrará cómo hacer una versión casera de esta deliciosa receta de pastel navideño de terciopelo rojo .

¡Hice un pastel de terciopelo rojo incoloro cubierto con lindas galletas de jengibre!

Hice el color usando harina de arroz roja sin agregar ningún tinte, pero creo que el color es mucho más bonito y lujoso que el hecho con tinte.

La hoja queda húmeda y esponjosa, por lo que combina bien con la crema de queso crema y queda realmente deliciosa~^^

Derramé ganache de chocolate y lo decoré con galletas de jengibre, polvo de hoja y romero, pero creo que salió un pastel de terciopelo rojo diferente~*^^*

Combina bien con la Navidad y es un bizcocho mejor porque no lleva colorante.

Ingredients

  • 75 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 100 g de azúcar
  • 75 g de huevo
  • 1/2 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
  • 175 g de harina para repostería
  • 13 g de harina de arroz rojo
  • 4g de cacao en polvo
  • 1g de sal
  • Suero de leche (167 g de leche tibia + 8 g de jugo de limón)
  • 4 g de bicarbonato de sodio + 8 g de jugo de limón
  • 400 g de queso crema frío
  • Nata montada (300 g de nata para montar + 60 g de azúcar)
  • Ganache (50 g de chocolate negro + 25 g de nata para montar + 0,5 g de hojas de gelatina)
  • Galletas de jengibre
  • Jarabe de azucar
  • Romero

Instructions

  1. Agregue jugo de limón a la leche tibia y déjela a temperatura ambiente durante 10 minutos para hacer suero de leche.
  2. Suavizar la mantequilla, agregar el azúcar y mezclar, luego agregar el huevo y el extracto de vainilla y mezclar.
  3. Tamice la harina blanda, la harina de arroz rojo, el cacao en polvo y la sal y mezcle, luego agregue el suero de leche poco a poco y mezcle.
  4. Agregue bicarbonato de sodio al jugo de limón y mezcle, luego agregue a la masa y mezcle.
  5. Aplica mantequilla y vierte la masa en un molde con papel pergamino. Hornéalo en un horno precalentado a 170 grados durante 40 minutos. Después de enfriar, corte la parte superior y córtela en 2 trozos. (Hornee una vez más para hacer un total de 4 hojas).
  6. Agregue queso crema frío a la crema batida con azúcar y mezcle para hacer crema.
  7. Colocar la hoja sobre la rueda, espolvorear con almíbar y aplicar nata. Repita 3 veces.
  8. Aplicar una fina capa de crema por encima y por los lados y dejar endurecer en el frigorífico durante unos 30 minutos.
  9. Aplicar la crema suavemente por todas partes.
  10. Filtrar las hojas cortadas y restantes a través de un colador para hacer un polvo y pegarlo al fondo del pastel.
  11. Vierte la ganache sobre el bizcocho y decora con nata, galletas de jengibre y romero.
