Pastel de flan de té con leche de burbujas

Cooking Tree te ofrece una receta deliciosa de pastel de flan de té con leche con burbujas ( pastel de pudín de natillas ) y te mostraremos cómo prepararlo desde cero.

Hice un pastel de flan de té con leche cubierto con perlas de tapioca ~
El pudín hecho con polvo de Earl Grey en leche tibia y el pastel de gasa horneado con polvo de Earl Grey agregado a la masa le dan al té con leche un buen sabor.

Lo horneé en un molde Gugelhof y creo que la forma es única y bonita~^^
Agregué muchas perlas de tapioca que hice la última vez, y quedó rico y fue agradable poder comer perlas masticables con él~

El caramelo se derrite y gotea para humedecerlo, para que puedas comerlo suavemente.

Ingredients

  • 120 g de azúcar
  • 30 g de azúcar moreno
  • 85 g de agua
  • 90 g de leche tibia
  • 2 g de polvo Earl Grey
  • 2 huevos
  • 140 g de leche condensada
  • 5 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 190 g de nata para montar
  • 2 yemas de huevo
  • 15 g de azúcar
  • 1/8 cucharadita de sal
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 35g de leche
  • 20 g de aceite vegetal
  • 50 g de harina para repostería
  • 1 g de levadura en polvo
  • 1 g de bicarbonato de sodio
  • 2 g de polvo Earl Grey
  • Merengue (2 claras + 30g de azúcar)
  • Perla de tapioca

Instructions

  1. Poner en una olla el azúcar, el azúcar moreno y el agua y hervir a fuego medio hasta que espese.
  2. Vierte en el molde, voltea el molde para enterrarlo y endurece en el frigorífico.
  3. Agregue el polvo de Earl Grey a la leche tibia y hierva durante 10 minutos.
  4. Batir los huevos, agregar la leche condensada y el extracto de vainilla, mezclar, luego agregar la nata fresca y mezclar.
  5. Agregue la leche Earl Grey y mezcle.
  6. Agrega azúcar y sal a la yema de huevo y mezcla, luego agrega la leche, el aceite vegetal y el extracto de vainilla y mezcla.
  7. Tamizar la harina blanda, el polvo para hornear, el bicarbonato de sodio y el polvo Earl Grey y mezclar, luego agregar el merengue en 2 porciones y mezclar.
  8. Pasar la masa del pudín por un colador en el molde, poner encima la masa del bizcocho y aplanarlo.
  9. Ponlo en una sartén con agua caliente y hornéalo en el horno a 160 grados durante 60 minutos. (Precalentado a 170 grados durante 20 minutos)
  10. Deje enfriar a temperatura ambiente, enfríe en el refrigerador y luego sumérjalo en agua caliente durante unos 10 minutos. Dale la vuelta al bizcocho en un bol y sácalo del molde.
