El bizcocho de mousse de yogur y mandarina está en el menú de Cooking Tree, ¡y te vamos a enseñar a hacer esta deliciosa receta desde cero!

Hice un pastel de mousse de yogur con mandarinas agridulces~

Corta una mandarina por la mitad, córtala en rodajas finas, envuélvela alrededor y muele la mandarina por dentro para hacer una gelatina picante.
La gelatina del interior es buena porque la pulpa de la mandarina se mastica tal cual y el sabor está lleno de mandarina.

Quedó bien con la mousse de yogur y fue realmente refrescante y delicioso~*^^*
Lo terminé prolijamente sin adornos especiales en la parte superior envolviendo las mandarinas a un lado, pero creo que la sensación de limpieza y orden es buena~

Creo que estaría delicioso incluso si lo hiciera con naranja o pomelo~~

Ingredients

  • 5 mandarinas
  • 220 g de mandarina
  • 15 g de azúcar
  • 150 g de mandarina hervida
  • 4 g de lámina de gelatina (o gelatina en polvo)
  • 90 g de yogur natural
  • 45 g de azúcar
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 3g de hoja de gelatina (o gelatina en polvo)
  • 180 g de nata montada (montada al 50%)
  • 50 g de mandarina hervida
  • 10 g de azúcar
  • 2 g de hoja de gelatina (o gelatina en polvo)
  • 60 g de nata para montar
  • 1 lámina de bizcocho

Instructions

  1. Quitar la piel de mandarina, cortarla por la mitad, cortar la parte media en rodajas finas y triturar los 220 g restantes en una batidora.
  2. Poner las mandarinas molidas y el azúcar en una olla y llevar a ebullición, luego retirar del fuego.
  3. Agrega 150 g de mandarinas hervidas, remojadas en agua fría durante 10 minutos o más, mezcla, coloca en un molde de 12 cm y endurece en el frigorífico durante 1 hora.
  4. Mezcle el yogur natural, el azúcar y el extracto de vainilla, agregue la gelatina derretida, mezcle, agregue la crema batida y mezcle para hacer la mousse de yogur.
  5. Extender una lámina de bizcocho sobre un molde de 15 cm, colocar a un lado la mandarina cortada en rodajas, verter un poco de mousse de yogur, aplanarla y endurecerla en el frigorífico unos 30 minutos.
  6. Coloque la gelatina de mandarina endurecida en el centro de la mousse endurecida, vierta todo el mousse restante, aplánela y déjela endurecer en el refrigerador durante unos 30 minutos.
  7. Añadir azúcar a 50 g de mandarinas hervidas, mezclar, añadir la gelatina derretida, mezclar, añadir la nata fresca y mezclar.
  8. Verter (7) sobre la mousse endurecida, aplanarla y endurecerla en el frigorífico durante 2 horas.
