¡Hice bollos de crema fresca que se venden en la panadería “Shiokona”! Es un bollo que se hizo más famoso cuando la receta se publicó a través de un libro. No se agrega mantequilla, pero se agrega crema batida. Además, principalmente los bollos se hacen con harina de trigo, pero este usa harina fuerte y la masa tarda mucho en madurar.

Ingredients

  • 200g Harina fuerte
  • 2g de levadura en polvo
  • 2g Sal
  • 30g Azúcar
  • 200g Nata fresca
  • Yema

Instructions

  1. Tamizar la harina fuerte, el polvo de hornear, la sal, agregar el azúcar y mezclar.
  2. Añadir la nata fresca y amasar ligeramente lo justo para que no se vea la harina cruda.
  3. Envolver en film transparente y fermentar en el frigorífico durante 24 horas.
  4. Después de dividir en 6 partes iguales, colocar en una fuente de horno y cubrir con yema de huevo.
  5. Llevar al horno precalentado a 200 grados de 20 a 25 minutos.
