Cooking Tree te ofrece una deliciosa receta de dulces de frutas ( fresa confitada ) y te mostraremos cómo prepararlos desde cero.

Hice Tanghulu, un dulce de frutas que brilla maravillosamente~
Las fresas se hacen insertándolas una por una, por lo que es fácil de aplicar jarabe de azúcar, fácil de comer y el color es bonito ya que tiene un tallo~^^

Las uvas verdes y los arándanos no tienen agua en la superficie, así que creo que son buenas frutas para hacer Tanghulu.

Hay una mandarina pequeña, así que la corté por la mitad y la metí por el color, pero pensé que podría hacerla sin fallas quitando el agua con un paño de cocina y secando la parte de arriba hasta que se seque un poco.

Cuando cubrí el almíbar de azúcar, lo herví a 130 grados y luego lo puse al fuego más bajo y lo cubrí.

Es más delicioso de lo que pensaba, así que sigo consiguiéndolo~*^^*

INGREDIENTES:

  • uva verde
  • Arándano
  • Mandarina
  • Fresa
  • 150 g de agua
  • 300 g de azúcar
  • 50 g de jarabe de maíz

INSTRUCCIÓN

  1. Coloque los frutos secos en una brocheta y séquelos a temperatura ambiente para secar el agua que se escapa de los frutos.
  2. Poner en una olla agua, azúcar y almíbar de almidón y hervir hasta que alcance los 130 grados.
  3. Enciende el fuego al mínimo, cubre la fruta con almíbar y endurece a temperatura ambiente durante 20-30 minutos.
