Cooking Tree te ofrece una deliciosa receta de galletas de almendras y te mostraremos cómo prepararlas desde cero.

Hice una galleta de almendras similar con forma de margarita ~
No se hornea por mucho tiempo, por lo que la parte central está ligeramente húmeda y el exterior crujiente.

Creo que necesitas agregar mantequilla de maní para tener una sensación similar a la de las margaritas que se venden en el mercado~

Si desea comer más húmedo, reduzca el tiempo de horneado de 1 a 2 minutos y la textura quedará húmeda, pero el color del asado puede ser más claro.

Si le untas yema de huevo por encima y lo horneas, quedará mucho más dorado y se parecerá más a una margarita.

Ingredients

  • 90 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 20 g de mantequilla de maní
  • 50 g de azúcar moreno
  • 1g de sal
  • 10g de miel
  • 1 huevo
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 140 g de harina para repostería
  • 80 g de harina de almendras
  • 2 g de levadura en polvo

Instructions

  1. Ablande la mantequilla sin sal, agregue la mantequilla de maní y mezcle, luego agregue el azúcar moreno, la sal y la miel y mezcle.
  2. Agrega los huevos y el extracto de vainilla, mezcla, tamiza la harina blanda, la almendra en polvo y la levadura en polvo, mezcla, envuelve en film transparente y deja reposar en el frigorífico unos 30 minutos.
  3. Dividir la masa en unos 18 g, darle forma de círculo, ponerla en la fuente del horno, presionarla ligeramente para que quede plana y darle forma con una espátula.
  4. Cubrir la parte superior con yema de huevo y hornear en un horno precalentado a 170 grados durante unos 10 minutos.
