Cooking Tree le mostrará cómo hacer una versión casera de esta deliciosa receta de macarrones de árbol de Navidad .

Hice un árbol de Navidad apilando macarrones de dos colores.
Hice una gradación natural mezclando rojo y verde con masa blanca, pero creo que estaría bien hacerlo simplemente con un solo color.

Usé solo las claras para los macarons y las yemas que sobraron para hacer crema pastelera y la mezclé con crema de mantequilla.
Estaba suave y delicioso~^^

Usé 4 macarons de diferentes tamaños en un árbol, pero los hice en tamaños de 6 cm, 5 cm, 4 cm y 3 cm. Hice
6 juegos de 4 cada uno.

La forma del lindo árbol con nieve amontonada es realmente linda ~

INGREDIENTES:

  • 105 g de almendra en polvo
  • 100 g de azúcar en polvo
  • 80 g de clara de huevo
  • 75 g de azúcar
  • Colorante alimentario (rojo, negro, verde)
  • 25 g de yema de huevo
  • 20 g de azúcar
  • 2 g de pasta de vainilla
  • 10 g de almidón de maíz
  • 130 g de leche caliente
  • 65 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 35 g de azúcar en polvo
  • Glaseado (20 g de azúcar glass + 4 g de zumo de limón)

INSTRUCCIÓN

  1. Mezclar la yema de huevo, el azúcar y la pasta de vainilla, agregar la maicena y mezclar, luego verter la leche caliente poco a poco y mezclar.
  2. Cubrir con film transparente y calentar en el microondas por 2 minutos, mezclar, tapar nuevamente con film transparente y cocinar por 2 minutos, mezclar, enfriar a temperatura ambiente y enfriar en el frigorífico.
  3. Mezcle la almendra en polvo y el azúcar en polvo y tamice para preparar.
  4. Mientras se baten las claras, cuando aparezcan burbujas grandes, dividir el azúcar en 3 tandas y montar hasta que los merengues se levanten. Después de batir, eliminar las burbujas a velocidad baja durante unos 2 minutos para terminar.
  5. Tamiza el polvo una vez más y mézclalo. Cuando esté un poco mezclado, vierte 1/4 de la masa en dos tazones.
