INGREDIENTES:

  • 2 yemas de huevo
  • 10 g de azúcar
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • Merengue (2 claras + 40g de azúcar)
  • 50 g de harina para repostería
  • 120 g de yogur natural
  • 60 g de azúcar
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 4 g de hoja de gelatina (o 3 g de gelatina en polvo)
  • 240 g de nata montada (montada al 50%)
  • 90g de uva verde
  • 10 g de azúcar
  • 2 g de hoja de gelatina (o gelatina en polvo)

INSTRUCCIÓN

  1. Mezclar la yema de huevo, el azúcar y el extracto de vainilla, agregar el merengue, mezclar, tamizar la harina blanda y mezclar.
  2. Ponlo en una manga pastelera y colócalo en un molde para horno cuadrado y en un molde redondo, espolvorea con azúcar glass dos veces y hornea en un horno precalentado a 190 grados durante 9 minutos.
  3. Recorta la bandeja horneada con un marco circular de 15 cm y corta los bordes de la bandeja horneada en un molde cuadrado en tercios según el tamaño.
  4. Coloque la lámina dividida en 3 partes en el costado del marco y extienda la lámina redonda en el piso.
