Cooking Tree te ofrece una receta deliciosa de pastel de botella de cereza y te mostraremos cómo prepararlo desde cero.

Yo hice un bizcocho de botella con bastante biophys cortado por la mitad~
Usando una lámina de bizcocho de chocolate y crema de queso crema, tiene buen sabor y combina bien con las cerezas.

Lo corté por la mitad y le quité las semillas, así que es cómodo para comer y el color es bonito~
Es bueno poder hacer y comer pastel de botella de inmediato~

Ingredients

  • 3 huevos
  • 75 g de azúcar
  • 10g de miel
  • 3g de extracto de vainilla
  • 25 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 40g de leche
  • 85 g de harina para repostería
  • 8 g de cacao en polvo
  • Cereza
  • 100 g de nata espesa
  • 30 g de azúcar
  • 200 g de queso crema
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla

Instructions

  1. Coloque un bol con huevos en una olla con agua caliente, agregue azúcar, miel y extracto de vainilla y revuelva hasta que la temperatura alcance los 40 grados.
  2. Batir con una batidora de mano hasta obtener una rica espuma de color marfil. Tamizar la harina blanda y el cacao en polvo y mezclar.
  3. Vierta un poco de masa en el bol con mantequilla derretida sin sal y leche (temperatura 50-60 grados) y mezcle, luego póngalo en la masa principal y mezcle.
  4. Verter en un molde de 18 cm, hornear en horno precalentado a 170 grados durante 30 minutos, enfriar, cortar la parte superior e inferior y cortar 3 rodajas de 1 cm de grosor.
  5. Corta las cerezas por la mitad, quítales las semillas y corta algunas en trozos pequeños.
  6. Corta la hoja según el tamaño del recipiente y prepara 2 hojas cada una.
  7. Añade el azúcar a la nata montada fría y bate ligeramente. Agrega el queso crema frío y el extracto de vainilla y bate para hacer la crema y colócalo en una manga pastelera.
  8. Colocar una hoja sobre el recipiente, poner la nata, poner las cerezas cortadas en trozos pequeños y colocar la hoja.
  9. Cubra con crema y cubra con cerezas cortadas por la mitad.
