El pastel de fresas está en el menú de Cooking Tree, ¡y te vamos a enseñar a hacer esta deliciosa receta desde cero!

Hice un pastel de crema batida de fresas glaseado con crema relleno de fresas.

Es un pastel básico de fresa y crema fresca, pero creo que se ve diferente y delicioso cuando lo cuelgo con crema mezclada con fresas cortadas~^^

La hoja húmeda y la suave crema batida~
La fresa masticada en el medio va muy bien y estaba deliciosa ㅠㅠ Cada vez que doy un mordisco, el sabor de las fresas se esparce en mi boca y siento que me estoy volviendo más dulce~

Encima corto las fresas por la mitad y las doy por turnos.
Es una decoración sencilla, pero es buena porque da una sensación de riqueza.

Está realmente delicioso incluso si lo guardas en el frigorífico y lo comes frío.

Ingredients

  • 190 g de huevo
  • 130 g de azúcar
  • 13 g de jarabe de maíz
  • 3g de extracto de vainilla
  • 120 g de harina para repostería
  • 33 g de mantequilla sin sal derretida
  • 53g de leche
  • 250 g de fresa

Crema batida:

  • 300 g de nata para montar
  • 30 g de azúcar
  • Jarabe de azucar

Instructions

  1. En una olla con agua caliente, coloque un bol con los huevos, el azúcar, el almíbar de almidón y el extracto de vainilla. Eleve la temperatura a 40 grados mientras revuelve y luego retírelo de la olla.
  2. Batir con una batidora de mano hasta que se forme un intenso color marfil.
  3. Tamizar la harina blanda y mezclar, luego agregar un poco de masa a la mantequilla derretida y la leche (50-60 grados) y mezclar.
  4. Coloque la masa mezclada en la masa principal, mezcle, vierta en un molde para horno de 18 cm, elimine las burbujas de aire y hornee en un horno precalentado a 170 grados durante 35-40 minutos.
  5. Dejar enfriar, cortar la parte superior, cortar en 3 trozos y cortar en moldes de 15 cm para preparar.
  6. Agrega las fresas cortadas a la nata montada y mezcla.
  7. Poner una hoja en la rueda, espolvorear almíbar, aplicar nata y poner otra hoja encima. Repita una vez más y aplique la crema en la parte superior y los lados.
  8. Decorar con fresas.
