El pastel de frutas con pan blanco es una de las recetas deliciosas, Árbol de Cocina te mostrará cómo preparar esta receta paso a paso.

¡Hice un pastel de crema fresca de frutas simplemente usando pan blanco sin horno!
Usé Hallabong porque lo tenía, pero también puedes usar mandarinas o naranjas~^^

Intercalado con frutas de 3 colores diferentes, era colorido y el glaseado blanco le daba un toque retro~^__^
Decoré el exterior en forma de canasta usando una punta, pero creo que parece una canasta con frutas.

El pan es menos dulce que la hoja de bizcocho, por lo que es menos grasoso y se puede sentir bien la frescura de la fruta, por lo que está delicioso ~^^

INGREDIENTES:

  • Naranja
  • kiwi
  • Fresa
  • 4 pan blanco
  • Nata montada (300g nata para montar + 30g azúcar)

INSTRUCCIÓN

  1. Corta el hallabong, el kiwi y la fresa en rodajas finas.
  2. Cortar los bordes del pan y cortarlo del tamaño de 4 rebanadas, ponerlo en un plato giratorio y aplicar fina nata fresca.
  3. Pon la fruta, aplica nata montada y coloca otra rebanada de pan. Repita 2 veces más.
  4. Aplicar crema por encima y por los lados y decorar los lados con la punta de cesta (Nº 48).
  5. Decora el borde inferior y el borde superior con una pequeña punta de estrella (Nº 842) y coloca la fruta encima.
