Hice un pastel de gasa con crema batida de moca relleno de crema de café sobre un pastel de gasa esponjoso ~

Creo que puedes comer un pastel de gasa con un fuerte aroma a moca agregando café en polvo y cacao en polvo y rellenándolo con crema batida mezclada con esencia de café ~^^

Me gusta la sensación suave de la gasa, así que no agregué glaseado, sino que decoré solo la parte superior para darle una sensación encantadora~

Ingredients

  • 55 g de leche tibia
  • 3g de cacao en polvo
  • 2 g de café instantáneo en polvo
  • 3 yemas de huevo
  • 30 g de azúcar
  • una pizca de sal
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 30 g de aceite vegetal
  • 75 g de harina para repostería
  • 2 g de levadura en polvo
  • 1 g de bicarbonato de sodio
  • Merengue (3 claras + 35g de azúcar)
  • Nata montada (+ 12g de azúcar)
  • 3g de esencia de café
  • Nata decorativa (80g nata para montar + 8g azúcar + 1g esencia de café)

Instructions

  1. Agregue el café instantáneo en polvo y el cacao en polvo a la leche tibia y mezcle.
  2. Agrega azúcar, sal y extracto de vainilla a la yema de huevo y mezcla, luego agrega aceite vegetal poco a poco para mezclar. Agregue (1) y mezcle.
  3. Tamizar la harina blanda, la levadura en polvo y el bicarbonato de sodio y mezclar. Dividir el merengue y mezclar.
  4. Vierta en el molde, elimine las burbujas de aire, hornee en horno precalentado a 170 grados durante 35 minutos, dé vuelta y enfríe por completo.
  5. Prepare crema de café mezclando nata fresca y esencia de café. Hacer un agujero en la gasa enfriada y rellenar con nata.
