Ingredients

Corteza de Oreo

  • 60g de Oreo triturada (crema x)
  • 20 g de mantequilla derretida

Mousse de chocolate amargo

  • 45 g de chocolate negro
  • 30 g de nata para montar
  • 1 g de gelatina en hoja
  • 40 g de nata montada

Mousse de chocolate con leche

  • 45 g de chocolate con leche
  • 30 g de nata para montar
  • 1 g de gelatina en hoja
  • 40 g de nata montada

Mousse de chocolate blanco

  • 45 g de chocolate blanco
  • 20 g de nata para montar
  • 1/2 cucharadita de miel
  • 1 g de gelatina en hoja
  • 50 g de nata montada
  • 1/4 cucharadita de pasta de vainilla

Instructions

  1. Mezcla las galletas Oreo trituradas y la mantequilla derretida y extiéndelas sobre el fondo de la mousse.
  2. Picar finamente el chocolate negro, ponerlo en un bol, añadir la nata montada y calentar en el microondas durante unos 40 segundos para que se derrita por completo y se mezcle.
  3. Agrega la gelatina remojada en agua fría durante al menos 10 minutos y mezcla, luego agrega a la crema batida y mezcla.
  4. Ponlo en un molde y endurece en el frigorífico durante unos 30 minutos.
  5. Después de hacer la mousse de chocolate con leche de la misma forma, ponerla encima de la mousse de chocolate negro endurecido y dejar endurecer en el frigorífico durante 30 minutos.
  6. Pon el chocolate blanco, la nata montada y la miel en un bol y calienta en el microondas durante 40 segundos para que se derrita y se mezcle.
  7. Añadir la pasta de vainilla y (6) a la nata montada, mezclar, poner sobre la mousse de chocolate con leche endurecida y dejar endurecer en el frigorífico durante 2 horas.
