Pastel de mousse de plátano y coco

Cooking Tree te ofrece una deliciosa receta de pastel de mousse de plátano y coco y te mostraremos cómo prepararlo desde cero.

Hice un pastel de mousse de queso crema con plátano dulce y pulpa suave de coco~

Hacer una mousse de queso crema, dividir la masa en dos, poner puré de plátano en una parte y coco enlatado en la otra y mezclar.

Puse los dos tipos de mousse en el molde alternativamente y lo mezclé naturalmente para endurecerlo, pero creo que es diferente e interesante~~^^

Cuando se corta el pastel, se incrusta la pulpa del coco, por lo que se ve apetitoso y agrega textura a la comida.
Corté un plátano encima y lo envolví, pero hay que cortarlo en rodajas más finas de lo que pensaba para que se pegue bien y se envuelva bien.

¡Creo que los plátanos y los cocos también son una buena combinación!^^

Ingredients

  • 60 g de galletas de loto trituradas
  • 25 g de mantequilla sin sal derretida
  • 150 g de queso crema
  • 35 g de azúcar
  • 60 g de yogur natural
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 4 g de hoja de gelatina derretida (o 3 g de gelatina en polvo)
  • 120 g de nata montada (batida al 50~60%)
  • 90 g de coco embotellado
  • 90 g de plátano triturado
  • colorante alimentario amarillo

Instructions

  1. Mezcle las galletas de loto trituradas y la mantequilla sin sal derretida, presione firmemente en el fondo del molde y colóquelo en el refrigerador.
  2. Suaviza el queso crema, agrega el azúcar, el yogur natural y el extracto de vainilla y mezcla, luego agrega la gelatina derretida y mezcla.
  3. Agrega la nata montada y mezcla, luego divide la masa en 2 partes iguales, agrega la pulpa del coco y mezcla.
  4. En la otra masa agregar un poco de puré de plátano y colorante amarillo, mezclar y luego agregarlos alternadamente con la mousse de coco en el molde, aplanar y endurecer en el refrigerador por 2-3 horas.
    Adorne con plátanos en rodajas.
