Pastel de piña taiwanés

Cooking Tree te ofrece una receta deliciosa de pastel de piña taiwanés ( galletas de piña ) y te mostraremos cómo prepararlo desde cero.

Hice Penglisu, un snack representativo de Taiwán.

El dulce sabor de la piña se esparce en tu boca al darle un mordisco al relleno que se elabora hirviendo piña con azúcar y miel, envuelto en masa para galletas y horneado.

En algunos casos se hace moliendo piña, pero yo la corté en trozos pequeños para conservar la textura.

Las galletas tienden a romperse con facilidad, así que manipúlalas con cuidado, hornéalas y déjalas enfriar por completo para que no pierdan su forma~^^

Es sabroso y ligero como los bollos, así que creo que combina bien con la piña.

Yo usé un molde de silicona porque lo tenía, pero creo que puedes usar otro molde, como un molde o un molde para muffins, o simplemente darle forma y hornearlo.

Ingredients

  • 90 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 15 g de azúcar en polvo
  • una pizca de sal
  • 18 g de yema de huevo
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 115 g de harina común
  • 10 g de almendra en polvo
  • 15 g de almidón de maíz
  • 300g de piña
  • 35 g de azúcar
  • una pizca de sal
  • 35g de miel

Instructions

  1. Ablande la mantequilla, agregue el azúcar glass y la sal, mezcle, luego agregue la yema de huevo y el extracto de vainilla y mezcle.
  2. Tamice la harina de trigo, la harina de almendras y la maicena, mezcle hasta que se combinen, envuélvala en film transparente y deje reposar en el refrigerador durante 1 hora.
  3. Cortar la piña en trozos pequeños, ponerla en una olla con azúcar y sal, hervir, agregar miel, hervir sin agua y luego enfriar.
  4. Dividir la masa en 25g, ponerla en un molde, poner la piña en el medio, cubrir la parte superior con la masa y hornear en horno precalentado a 170 grados durante 15 minutos.
  5. Retira las galletas del molde, colócalas en el molde del horno, hornea a 180 grados durante 10 minutos y deja enfriar.
