En Cooking Tree, estamos sirviendo un delicioso pastel de pomelo real y te mostraremos cómo hacerlo desde cero.

Hice un bizcocho de pomelo poniendo crema y pulpa dentro del pomelo ~
Saqué el interior del pomelo lavado e hice un bizcocho con láminas de bizcocho, crema de leche condensada y pulpa de pomelo dentro.

La combinación de crema fresca con leche condensada y pomelo dulce fue realmente buena~^^
En la parte superior, corté una sección del pomelo para que se ajustara al tamaño, le puse miel y lo terminé.

Si lo cortas, la sección transversal se ve deliciosa y el color es encantador~~
Si dices pomelo sin decir que es un pastel, te engañarán haciéndote pensar que es un pomelo real~~

Fue divertido hacerlo y fue agradable poder completarlo más fácilmente de lo que pensaba~*^^*

INGREDIENTES:

  • 140 g de huevo
  • 80 g de azúcar
  • 8g de miel
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 25 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 40g de leche
  • 90 g de harina para repostería
  • 3 pomelos
  • 150 g de nata para montar
  • 30 g de leche condensada

INSTRUCCIÓN

  1. Coloque un tazón de huevos en una olla con agua caliente, agregue azúcar, miel y extracto de vainilla y revuelva hasta que la temperatura alcance los 40 grados.
  2. Batir con una batidora de mano hasta obtener una rica espuma de color marfil. Tamizar la harina blanda y mezclar.
  3. Vierta un poco de masa en el bol donde se mezclan la mantequilla derretida sin sal y la leche (temperatura 50-60 grados), mezcle, ponga la masa principal y mezcle.
  4. Verter en un molde de 18 cm, quitar las burbujas de aire, hornear en horno precalentado a 170 grados durante 30 minutos y enfriar.
  5. Corta la superficie superior de la hoja enfriada y córtala en 3 pedazos, luego imprímelos usando moldes de 8 cm y 6 cm.
  6. Corta ligeramente la parte inferior de la toronja y corta la parte superior, luego saca el interior y reserva la pulpa.
  7. Agrega la leche condensada a la nata fresca fría y bátela para hacer una crema de leche condensada y póngala en una manga pastelera.
  8. Exprimir la nata dentro del pomelo, poner la hoja, exprimir la nata, poner la pulpa del pomelo en el orden de nata, hoja y nata, poner el pomelo cortado en círculos y endurecerlo en el frigorífico durante 1 hora.
