Ingredients

  • 140 g de ajo
  • 190 g de aceite de oliva
  • Pimienta roja molida
  • Perejil (o tu hierba favorita)

  • Junquillo
  • Tomate secado al sol
  • queso parmesano en polvo
  • Pimienta

Instructions

  1. Corta la parte superior del ajo y prepáralo.
  2. Pon el ajo en una olla y vierte el aceite de oliva.
  3. Agregue pimiento rojo triturado y perejil (o su hierba favorita) y deje hervir a fuego medio.
  4. Cuando el color del ajo se dore, reduzca el fuego a bajo y hierva por otros 15 minutos.
  5. Transfiera a un bol y unte sobre baguettes o pan.
