Ingredients

Jarabe de café

  • 100ml Agua
  • 20g Azúcar
  • 30g Expreso

crema

  • 2g de gelatina de hoja
  • 200g Queso crema
  • 80g Yogur Natural
  • 50g Azúcar
  • 1/2 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
  • 160g Nata montada
  • Hoja de pastel de chocolate
  • Polvo de cacao

Instructions

  1. Ponga la gelatina en agua y déjela en remojo durante 10 minutos.
  2. Hacer jarabe de café mezclando agua, azúcar y espresso.
  3. Poner el queso crema + el yogur natural en un bol y mezclar, luego añadir el azúcar + el extracto de vainilla y mezclar.
  4. Retire el agua de la gelatina y caliéntela en el microondas durante 10 segundos para disolverla por completo.
  5. Añadir a la masa de queso y mezclar.
  6. Añadir la nata montada y mezclar.
  7. Colocar una lámina de chocolate sobre el molde y bañarlo con abundante sirope de café.
  8. Poner la nata, ponerle una lámina encima, y ​​bañarla con sirope de café. Repita una vez más.
  9. Decorar con crema por encima y endurecer en el freezer por 1 hora.
  10. Espolvorear generosamente con cacao en polvo.
