Hice un pastel de gasa relleno con crema de leche suave sobre un pastel de gasa esponjoso ~

Me encanta que es fácil de separar del molde cuando se hornea en un recipiente para hornear desechable.

Es un pastel básico simple, pero es un pastel realmente delicioso que puedes comer una y otra vez.
Normalmente me gustan los bizcochos de gasa, pero este no es demasiado dulce y tiene un sabor suave, por lo que es bueno para comer sin presión.

Creo que sabe mejor si se come con leche.

Ingredients

  • 2 yema de huevo
  • 15 g de azúcar
  • 25ml de aceite vegetal
  • 40ml de leche
  • 47 g de harina para repostería
  • Merengue (2 claras de huevo + 20g de azúcar)
  • Nata montada (120g Nata para montar + 12g Azúcar)

Instructions

  1. Mezclar la yema de huevo y el azúcar, luego agregar poco a poco el aceite vegetal y mezclar.
  2. Agrega la leche poco a poco y mezcla, luego tamiza la harina blanda y mezcla.
  3. Divida el merengue en 2 tandas y mezcle.
  4. Vierta el 50-60% de la masa en el molde, hornee en un horno precalentado a 160 grados durante 20-25 minutos y luego separe del molde después de enfriar.
  5. Utilice una pajita para hacer espacio en el interior y rellene con crema batida.
