En Cooking Tree, servimos deliciosas barras de pastel de chocolate y te mostraremos cómo prepararlas desde cero.

Hice una barra de pastel recubierta de chocolate lijando crema sobre una bandeja horneada con chocolate que contenía macadamia.

Tenía chocolate con macadamia, así que lo agregué y quedó mucho más fragante y delicioso~^^

Creo que quedaría delicioso incluso si lo hiciera con chocolate que contenga otros frutos secos.

La nata la intercalé con nata con leche condensada dulce y salada, y quedó muy rica. La crema de leche condensada es suave, por lo que queda blanda incluso cuando está congelada, pero si quieres mantener bien su forma, puedes usar crema de mantequilla dura.

La crema se mueve cuando se corta el bizcocho en cuartos, por lo que sería bueno cortarlo dentro del molde y luego sacarlo~ Vierte la ganache, reboza y come enseguida, o endurece en el congelador y disfruta~*^^*

Ingredients

  • 155 g de huevo
  • 70 g de azúcar
  • 10g de miel
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 30 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 45g de leche
  • 90 g de harina para repostería
  • 15 g de cacao en polvo
  • 100g de chocolate macadamia
  • 150 g de nata fría para montar
  • 50 g de leche condensada
  • 180 g de chocolate negro
  • 90 g de nata para montar

Instructions

  1. Coloque un tazón de huevos en una olla con agua caliente, agregue azúcar, miel y extracto de vainilla y revuelva hasta que la temperatura alcance los 40 grados.
  2. Batir con una batidora de mano hasta obtener una rica espuma de color marfil, luego tamizar la harina suave y el cacao en polvo y mezclar.
  3. Agregue un poco de masa al bol de mantequilla sin sal derretida y leche (temperatura 50-60 grados), mezcle, ponga la masa principal y mezcle, luego agregue el chocolate de macadamia y mezcle.
    Verter en un molde cuadrado de 16,5 cm, hornear en horno precalentado a 170 grados durante 35 minutos y enfriar.
  4. Corta la parte superior de la bandeja de pastel enfriada, córtala por la mitad y coloca una bandeja en un molde de 15 cm.
  5. Agrega la leche condensada y la nata montada, aplana, ponle otra hoja y endurece en el congelador durante 2 horas.
  6. Derretir el chocolate negro y la nata montada en el microondas durante unos 40 segundos.
  7. Corte el bizcocho endurecido en 4 trozos, vierta (6) para cubrir y endurezca en el congelador durante 1 hora.
