Receta de bizcocho de chocolate

En Cooking Tree, el bizcocho de chocolate está en el menú y le mostraremos cómo hacerlo desde cero.

¡Hice un bizcocho de chocolate con lujo adicional cubriéndolo con ganache con pistachos!
El bizcocho puede ser más pesado y masticable que otros pasteles, pero era mucho más suave cuando se comía con ganache y crema batida encima.

Creo que los pistachos en la ganache mejoran la textura y el sabor fragante~ Cuando corté el pastel, las chispas de chocolate del interior salieron en forma de una sonrisa y me reí con ellas~*^^*

Es una tarta que estaría muy bien para envolver y regalar.

INGREDIENTES:

  • 90 g de mantequilla
  • 50 g de azúcar
  • 2 yema de huevo
  • 80 g de harina para repostería
  • 10 g de cacao en polvo
  • 5 g de levadura en polvo
  • Merengue (2 claras de huevo + 20g de azúcar)
  • 20 g de chispas de chocolate
  • 20 g de pistacho
  • 100 g de chocolate negro
  • 50 g de nata para montar
  • 2 g de gelatina en hoja
  • Nata montada (50 g de nata para montar + 5 g de azúcar)
  • Nata montada de chocolate (50g nata para montar + 5g cacao en polvo + 5g azúcar)

INSTRUCCIÓN

  1. Ablanda la mantequilla, agrega el azúcar y mezcla, luego agrega las yemas de huevo una a una y mezcla.
  2. Tamizar la harina blanda, el cacao en polvo y el polvo para hornear y mezclar, luego agregar el merengue en 2 tandas y mezclar.
  3. Poner aproximadamente la mitad de la masa en el molde y aplanarlo, luego ponerle chispas de chocolate, poner toda la masa restante, aplanarlo y hornear en un horno precalentado a 180 grados durante 30~35 minutos.
  4. Picar los pistachos en trozos pequeños.
  5. Derretir el chocolate amargo y la nata montada en el microondas durante unos 40 segundos, luego añadir la gelatina remojada y mezclar. Agrega los pistachos picados y mezcla.
  6. Corte la parte superior del bizcocho enfriado y aplánelo, luego aplique (5) por todas partes.
  7. Decorar con nata montada y nata montada de chocolate.
