Bizcocho de limón y Earl Grey

El bizcocho de cidra Earl Grey está en el menú de Cooking Tree, ¡y te vamos a enseñar cómo hacer esta deliciosa receta desde cero!

Hice un bizcocho húmedo y dulce con mermelada de cidra aromática y Earl Grey.
Creo que es un pastel muy delicioso porque dos ingredientes con aromas fuertes se unen para maximizar el sabor~^^

Si pones mermelada de yuzu en el medio y la horneas, el centro del bizcocho no se hincha demasiado, así que sácalo del horno y dale la vuelta para que se enfríe la parte superior.

Lo decoré con crema fresca con polvo Earl Grey encima, pero creo que hace que el bizcocho sea más suave para comer ~*^^*
Encima de la crema batida, agregué el color agregando la pulpa del yujacheong ~

Hice una combinación de yuzu y earl grey por primera vez, y queda muy bien y está delicioso~

Ingredients

  • 135 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 70 g de azúcar
  • 3 yemas de huevo
  • 135 g de harina para repostería
  • 7 g de levadura en polvo
  • 3g de polvo gris conde
  • Merengue (3 claras + 30g de azúcar)
  • 150 g de mermelada de cidra

Crema Earl Grey batida:

  • 120 g de nata para montar
  • 12 g de azúcar
  • 1/4 cucharadita de polvo Earl Grey

Instructions

  1. Después de ablandar la mantequilla, agregar el azúcar y mezclar, luego agregar la yema de huevo y mezclar.
  2. Tamizar la harina blanda, el polvo para hornear y el polvo Earl Grey y mezclar.
  3. Dividir el merengue en 3 tandas, mezclar, poner un poco de masa en un molde untado con mantequilla, poner en el medio la mermelada de yuzu, cubrir con la masa y hornear en horno precalentado a 180 grados durante unos 40 minutos, luego darle la vuelta y Frío.
  4. Sobre el bizcocho enfriado, agregue Earl Grey en polvo y azúcar, ponga crema batida y decore con yuzu, menta de manzana y azúcar en polvo.
