Galletas con forma de naranja y limón

En Cooking Tree, las galletas con forma de naranja y limón están en el menú y te mostraremos cómo hacerlas desde cero.

Hice galletas frescas con forma de naranja y limón.
Hice la forma de la sección transversal de la fruta con masa para galletas, la endurecí, la corté en rodajas y la horneé, pero tomó mucho trabajo y mucho tiempo~

Debido a que la masa se ablanda fácilmente a temperatura ambiente, hay que trabajarla rápidamente y endurecerla en el congelador y en el frigorífico.

El color y la forma son realmente como naranjas y limones, así que creo que estas galletas son refrescantes y te hacen sentir bien con solo mirarlas~

Si te fijas bien, hice el color del borde un poco más oscuro que el color del interior, pero quedó mucho más bonito que hacerlo del mismo color.

Creo que sería bueno agregar ralladura de limón y naranja a la masa para darle un sabor realmente afrutado~^^

Ingredients

  • 200 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 160 g de azúcar en polvo
  • 1g de sal
  • 55 g de huevo
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 200 g de harina para repostería
  • 160 g de harina para todo uso
  • 40g de almendra en polvo
  • 1 g de polvo para hornear
  • Colorante alimentario (naranja, amarillo, blanco)

Instructions

  1. Ablande la mantequilla sin sal, agregue el azúcar en polvo y la sal y bata hasta que esté ligeramente blanca.
  2. Agrega el huevo y el extracto de vainilla y mezcla. Tamice la harina blanda, la harina de trigo, la harina de almendras y el polvo para hornear y mezcle.
  3. Dividir la masa en dos boles diferentes, de unos 200 g cada uno, añadir color, mezclar, enrollar formando un círculo y endurecer en el frigorífico durante 2 horas.
  4. Dividir la masa en dos trozos de unos 80g cada uno, oscurecer el color, extenderlo y meterlo en el frigorífico.
  5. Agrega colorante blanco al resto de la masa, mezcla y colorea, extiéndela y guárdala en el frigorífico.
  6. Dividir la masa endurecida en 8 partes iguales y endurecer en el congelador por 20 minutos, luego poner la masa blanca entre ellas para darle forma y endurecer en el congelador por 20 minutos.
  7. Enrollar (5) con masa de color oscuro y endurecer en el congelador durante unos 30 minutos.
  8. Cortar la masa en rodajas finas, ponerla en la bandeja del horno, hornear en el horno a 160 grados (170 grados 20 minutos precalentado durante 20 minutos) durante 15 minutos y enfriar.
