La crema de mantequilla con leche condensada y crema de leche húmeda parece darle un sabor fantástico~

Es el macarrón más delicioso que he hecho jamás.
No es demasiado dulce y tiene mucho sabor a leche, y el sabor que se esparce por la boca es realmente bueno~

Después de añejarlo en el refrigerador durante un día, la combinación de coca cola masticable y crema fría me hizo sentir como si estuviera en un cuento de hadas.

Puedes cambiar el color libremente o puedes hacerlo sin agregar color.

Ingredients

  • 80 g de harina de almendras
  • 75 g de azúcar en polvo
  • 60 g de clara de huevo
  • 55 g de azúcar
  • colorante alimentario azul
  • 80g de leche
  • 50 g de nata espesa
  • 5 g de maicena
  • 20 g de azúcar
  • 100 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 30 g de azúcar en polvo
  • 30 g de nata espesa
  • 30 g de leche condensada
  • 5 g de extracto de vainilla

Instructions

  1. Mezcle la almendra en polvo y el azúcar en polvo y tamice para preparar.
  2. Mientras bates las claras, cuando aparezcan burbujas grandes, divide el azúcar en 3 tandas y bate hasta formar un merengue. Agrega colorante azul y limpia las burbujas durante 2 minutos a velocidad baja para terminar.
  3. Tamizar una vez más el polvo, mezclar y cuando esté un poco mezclado hacer macarrones para ajustar la consistencia y meterlo en una manga pastelera.
  4. Después de moldear y aplanar en una fuente para horno, secar a temperatura ambiente hasta que la superficie esté seca.
  5. Mezcle la leche, la nata montada, la maicena y el azúcar en una cacerola. Poner a fuego lento, revolver hasta que espese y enfriar.
  6. Hornea los macarons secos en un horno precalentado a 140 grados durante 15 minutos.
  7. Suaviza la mantequilla sin sal, agrega azúcar en polvo y bate lo suficiente durante unos 5 minutos hasta que se vuelva rica. Agrega la crema batida y bate hasta que esté suave.
  8. Agrega la leche condensada y el extracto de vainilla, mezcla, coloca en una manga pastelera y exprime la crema sobre la coca enfriada.
  9. Exprime la crema de leche enfriada en el centro y cubre con la otra coca cola para completar.
