El pastel de arroz con durazno está en el menú de Cooking Tree, ¡y te vamos a enseñar a hacer esta deliciosa receta desde cero!

Hice un pastel de arroz glutinoso de durazno con una linda forma que se parece a Apeach.
Desenterré duraznos crudos, los corté, los envolví en pasta de frijoles blancos y los puse en un pastel de arroz masticable, pero creo que captura la imagen y el sabor. al mismo tiempo~^^

Al utilizar duraznos duros, tiene una textura masticable y una textura crujiente, lo que lo hace divertido y refrescante.
Incluso si usas melocotones tiernos, creo que quedará delicioso ya que combina bien con melocotones tiernos~

Hice la forma de un melocotón, pero no es plano y es muy lindo~~

Ingredients

  • 2 melocotones
  • 300 g de pasta de judías blancas dulces
  • 150 g de harina de arroz glutinoso
  • 70 g de azúcar
  • 1g de sal
  • 220 g de leche caliente
  • colorante rojo para la comida

Instructions

  1. Retire la piel de los melocotones, córtelos en rodajas, córtelos y cúbralos con Deco Snow.
  2. Extiende 25 g de pasta de judías blancas, pon un melocotón redondo encima, dale forma redonda y congélalo en el congelador.
  3. Mezclar la harina de arroz glutinoso con el azúcar y la sal, agregar la leche caliente y un poco de colorante rojo, mezclar, tapar y llevar al microondas por 1 minuto y 30 segundos.
  4. Amasar la masa con una espátula, cubrir con film transparente, girar durante 1 minuto y 30 segundos, mezclar hasta que quede masticable y luego enfriar.
  5. Espolvorear maicena y extender la masa, dividirla en tamaños adecuados, extender la masa, poner el sedimento congelado y envolverla suavemente.
  6. Enróllalo a mano y dale forma de melocotón.
