Pastel De Crema De Mantequilla De Cerezas

Hice un pastel de crema de mantequilla de cerezas de forma cuadrada decorado con las codiciadas cerezas ~

Horneé la hoja en rosa a juego con la cereza y usé dos cremas, blanca y rosa.

Le puse mermelada de cerezas a la crema rosa, pero la mermelada que usé contiene semillas de cereza, así que la corté en trozos pequeños.

Lo hice en forma cuadrada para que fuera lindo y combinara con la cereza, pero tiene una sensación diferente y es bonito~^^

La crema de mantequilla es buena si se guarda en el frigorífico para que se endurezca y no pierda su forma al cortarla.

Creo que la suave crema de mantequilla y el sabor de la cereza combinan bien.

Ingredients

  • 190 g de huevo
  • 100 g de azúcar
  • 13g de miel
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 35 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 55 g de leche
  • 120 g de harina para repostería

  • 300 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 300 g de azúcar en polvo
  • 85 g de nata para montar
  • 6 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 85 g de mermelada de cerezas

Instructions

  1. Coloque un tazón de huevos en una olla con agua caliente, agregue azúcar, miel y extracto de vainilla y revuelva hasta que la temperatura alcance los 40 grados.
  2. Batir con una batidora de mano hasta que se convierta en una rica espuma de color marfil, luego agregar colorante rojo para darle color. Tamizar la harina blanda y mezclar.
  3. Verter un poco de masa en un bol con mantequilla derretida sin sal y leche (temperatura 50-60 grados), mezclar, poner en la masa principal, mezclar, verter en un molde cuadrado de 16,5 cm y hornear en un horno precalentado a 170 grados. durante 40 minutos.

  7. Exprime las dos cremas alternativamente sobre una bandeja de bizcocho y coloca la otra hoja encima. Repita una vez más.
  8. Aplicar crema de cereza en la parte superior y exterior, y alternativamente colocar crema y cereza en el borde de la parte superior.
