Pastel de Crepe de Fresa es una de las recetas deliciosas, Cooking Tree te mostrará cómo preparar esta receta paso a paso.

Hice un pastel de crepe apilando crema fresca con mermelada de fresa sobre un crepe básico.
Cubrí el exterior con crema de chocolate con sabor a fresa y vertí chocolate con cobertura de fresa por encima.

Al igual que su forma suave y sencilla, el sabor a fresa también es sutil y fragante, por lo que es fácil de comer.
Al preparar la crema para el glaseado, si bates la crema batida agregando solo el chocolate derretido de inmediato, es posible que se separe.

Cuando mezclas chocolate derretido y nata montada, la temperatura del chocolate derretido es caliente y hay que añadir la nata montada en porciones para que se mezcle bien.

Creo que es bueno que puedas obtener suficiente sabor a fresa con mermelada de fresa incluso si no tienes fresas crudas.

Vierte el chocolate por encima y déjalo endurecer en el frigorífico durante 30 minutos para cortarlo mejor.

INGREDIENTES:

  • 4 huevos
  • 3g de extracto de vainilla
  • 50 g de azúcar
  • 1g de sal
  • 200 g de harina para repostería
  • 500 g de leche
  • 70 g de mantequilla sin sal derretida
  • 250 g de nata espesa
  • 100 g de mermelada de fresa
  • 25 g de chocolate de fresa derretido
  • 25 g de nata espesa
  • 80 g de nata espesa

INSTRUCCIÓN

  1. Agrega el extracto de vainilla al huevo y mezcla, agrega el azúcar y la sal, mezcla, tamiza la harina blanda, agrega 100g de leche y mezcla.
  2. Agrega toda la leche restante y mezcla, agrega la mantequilla derretida sin sal, mezcla, tamiza por un colador y fermenta en el refrigerador durante unos 30 minutos.
  3. Verter la masa en una sartén calentada a fuego lento, extenderla finamente y cuando suban burbujas darle la vuelta y cocinar un poco más y dejar enfriar.
  4. Preparar el crepe cortándolo en un molde de 15cm.
  5. Agregue mermelada de fresa a la nata fresca fría y bata.
  6. Colocar una crepe en un molde de 15 cm, aplicar crema y colocar la crepe encima. Apilar repetidamente y endurecer en el frigorífico durante 3 horas.
  7. Prepara mezclando el chocolate de fresa derretido con la misma cantidad de nata montada. Montar 80 g de nata para montar. Cuando empiecen a subir burbujas, añade el chocolate derretido y mezcla.
  8. Retirar la crepe del molde, aplicarle crema de chocolate y terminar espolvoreando chocolate de cobertura de fresa derretido por encima.
