INGREDIENTES:

  • 4 huevos
  • 50 g de azúcar
  • 1g de sal
  • 3g de extracto de vainilla
  • 200 g de harina para repostería
  • 20 g de almendra en polvo
  • 500 g de leche
  • 70 g de mantequilla sin sal derretida
  • colorante rojo para la comida

  • 220 g de fresa
  • 100 g de chocolate de cobertura blanco
  • 30 g de nata para montar
  • 300 g de nata fría para montar
  • 10 g de azúcar

  • 100 g de nata fría para montar
  • 10 g de azúcar

INSTRUCCIÓN

  1. Agregue azúcar, sal y extracto de vainilla a los huevos y mezcle.
  2. Tamizar la harina y las almendras en polvo, verter un poco de leche (unos 50 g) y mezclar uniformemente.

  4. Agrega las fresas picadas a la nata y mezcla uniformemente.
