Hice un pastel de crema batida de frambuesa decorado con bonitas frambuesas~
Creo que el objetivo de este pastel es que las frambuesas están volteadas y decoradas con mermelada de frambuesa en el centro~*^__^*

puse mermelada de frambuesa en la nata en lugar de azúcar y la lijé hasta la mitad, para que quedara llena de sabor y sabor a frambuesa.

Esta vez usé 4 hojas para hacerlo un poco más alto, pero creo que es bueno porque la sección transversal se ve deliciosa y da una sensación de riqueza~

Ingredients

  • 155 g de huevo

  • 10 g de jarabe de maíz
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla

  • 28 g de mantequilla sin sal derretida
  • 45g de leche

Crema batida de frambuesa:

  • 400 g de nata para montar
  • 80 g de mermelada de frambuesa

  • Mermelada de frambuesa
  • Jarabe de azucar

Instructions

  1. En una olla con agua caliente, coloque un tazón con huevos, azúcar, jarabe de almidón y extracto de vainilla, aumente la temperatura a 40 grados mientras revuelve, retírelo de la olla y bátalo con una batidora de mano hasta obtener un color marfil intenso. se forman burbujas de colores.
  2. Tamizar la harina blanda y mezclar, luego agregar un poco de masa a la mantequilla derretida y la leche (50-60 grados) y mezclar.
  3. Poner la masa mezclada en la masa principal, mezclar, verter en un molde para horno de 15 cm, quitar las burbujas de aire y hornear en un horno precalentado a 170 grados durante unos 40 minutos. Después de enfriar, corte la parte superior y córtela en 4 trozos.
  4. Poner una hoja sobre una tabla giratoria, espolvorear almíbar y nata, ponerle mermelada de frambuesa, aplanarla y ponerle otra hoja. Repita 2 veces más.
  5. Alisar la nata por encima y por los lados, exprimir la nata montada y decorar con frambuesas.
