Cooking Tree le mostrará cómo hacer una versión casera de esta deliciosa receta de pastel de princesa sueco .

Hice una elegante tarta de princesa que recuerda a un vestido.
Es un pastel de postre sueco y la lámina horneada con almidón tiene una sensación masticable.

Hago mucho con mazapán verde por fuera, pero esta vez también lo hice más suave con un color verde más claro~
No es demasiado difícil hornear un pastel, apilarlo y cubrirlo con glaseado, pero como lo hice más grande así tiempo, ponerle el mazapán fue mucho trabajo.

Quería darle al vestido una sensación de vestido por debajo, así que hice un patrón blanco alrededor.
Este pastel me parece delicioso y bonito ya que requiere mucho tiempo y dedicación.

INGREDIENTES:

  • 4 yemas de huevo
  • 75 g de azúcar
  • 25 g de almidón de maíz
  • 1/4 cucharadita de pasta de vainilla
  • 400 g de leche caliente
  • 4 huevos
  • 130 g de azúcar
  • 3g de extracto de vainilla
  • 120 g de harina común
  • 40 g de almidón de maíz
  • 15g de leche
  • 160 g de mermelada de frambuesa
  • 200 g de nata para montar
  • 20 g de azúcar
  • 300 g de crema pastelera
  • 240 g de almendra en polvo
  • 200 g de azúcar en polvo
  • 50 g de miel
  • 30 g de agua
  • Colorante alimentario (blanco, rojo, verde)

INSTRUCCIÓN

  1. Mezclar la yema de huevo y el azúcar, agregar la maicena, mezclar, agregar la pasta de vainilla, mezclar, verter la leche caliente poco a poco y mezclar.
  2. Poner a fuego lento, revolver y calentar hasta que espese, luego transferir a otro bol, tapar y enfriar.
  3. Agregue azúcar y extracto de vainilla a los huevos y bata con una batidora de mano hasta que se forme una rica espuma de color marfil. Tamizar la harina de trigo y la maicena y mezclar.
  4. Agrega la leche y mezcla, luego divide la masa en 3 partes y hornea en horno precalentado a 180 grados durante 15 minutos para formar 3 láminas y enfriar.
  5. Tamizar la crema pastelera enfriada por un colador para ablandarla. Añade 300g de azúcar y mezcla con un 50% de nata montada para hacer la Crema Diplomat. Poner el resto de la crema pastelera en una manga pastelera.
  6. Poner 1 hoja en un plato, ponerle mermelada de frambuesa, ponerle otra hoja, luego ponerle crema pastelera y ponerle otra hoja.
  7. Aplicar Diplomat Cream por todas partes, redondear la parte superior y meter en el frigorífico.
  8. Coloque la almendra en polvo y el azúcar en polvo en un bol, mezcle, agregue agua y miel, mezcle, luego agregue colorante blanco y mezcle.
  9. Tome un poco de masa, agregue colorante verde al resto de la masa y mezcle para hacer un mazapán de color verde claro.
