Pastel Sándwich De Chocolate Negro

Pastel Sandwich de Chocolate Negro es una de las recetas deliciosas, Cooking Tree te mostrará cómo preparar esta receta paso a paso.

Hice un pastel con tres cremas para hacer una lámina oscura agregando cacao en polvo negro~
Vi el sándwich taiwanés Tianwei y el color era único, así que lo apliqué a un pastel y lo hice~^^

Intercalé natillas amarillas, crema de leche condensada blanca y crema batida de fresa rosa.
El color era bonito y el sabor realmente bueno~~

Puedes hacerlo y comerlo de inmediato, pero yo lo meto en el frigorífico durante aproximadamente una hora y luego lo corto.

Horneé la hoja en un molde de 18 cm y la corté en cuadrados de 11,5 cm.
Al comerlo, puedes cortarlo con un tenedor, pero está realmente delicioso si lo sostienes en la mano y le das un mordisco completo como si fuera un sándwich~*^^*

Ingredients

  • 190 g de huevo
  • 110 g de azúcar
  • 10g de miel
  • 3g de extracto de vainilla
  • 35 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 55 g de leche
  • 110 g de harina para repostería
  • 20 g de cacao negro en polvo
  • 1 yema de huevo
  • 15 g de azúcar
  • 5 g de almidón de maíz
  • 1/8 cucharadita de pasta de vainilla
  • 80 g de leche caliente
  • 100 g de nata para montar
  • 20 g de leche condensada
  • 30 g de mermelada de fresa

Instructions

  1. Coloque un bol con huevos en una olla con agua caliente, agregue azúcar, miel y extracto de vainilla y revuelva hasta que la temperatura alcance los 40 grados.
  2. Batir con una batidora de mano hasta obtener una rica espuma de color marfil, luego tamizar la harina suave y el cacao negro en polvo y mezclar.
  3. Verter un poco de masa en el bol de mantequilla derretida sin sal y leche (temperatura 50-60 grados), mezclar, poner en la masa principal, mezclar, verter en un molde de 18 cm y hornear en un horno precalentado a 180 grados durante 40 minutos.
  4. Después de enfriar la bandeja para pastel, corte la parte superior e inferior, córtela en 4 trozos y córtela en cuadrados de 11,5 cm.
