Hice un pudín cuyo rico sabor a chocolate se puede sentir.
No contiene gelatina, por lo que es más cremoso que picante y delicioso con mucho chocolate.

Enrollé la ganache encima del pudín y se vio más apetecible y el sabor a chocolate más intenso.

Creo que es bueno porque es sencillo y fácil de comer porque se hace en taza sin ningún tipo de carga.

INGREDIENTES:

  • 110 g de nata espesa caliente
  • 25 g de cacao en polvo
  • 600 g de leche
  • 40 g de azúcar
  • 30 g de almidón de maíz
  • 150 g de chocolate de cobertura negro
  • Ganache (50 g de chocolate + 60 g de nata espesa)

INSTRUCCIÓN

  1. Agregue el cacao en polvo a la crema batida caliente y mezcle hasta que quede suave.
  2. Poner (1) en una cacerola, agregar la leche, el azúcar y la maicena, mezclar, poner a fuego lento y calentar revolviendo hasta que espese.
  3. Agrega el chocolate picado, mezcla, retira del fuego, pasa por un colador, coloca en un recipiente y endurece en el frigorífico durante al menos 3 horas.
  4. Terminar con ganache y cacao en polvo encima del pudín.
