Hice un pastel de queso con arándanos sin horno con un hermoso color arándano ~
Puse un puré hecho de arándanos frescos en el medio para endurecerlo, pero cuando lo corto, fluye naturalmente y se ve lindo y hace que el pastel esté más húmedo ~ ^^

En la capa superior, se mezclaron y endurecieron puré y crema batida, pero el color salió muy bien y quedé satisfecho ~ Hice la hoja con Oreo y le agrega un toque lujoso al color arándano.

Tiene mucho sabor a arándanos, ¡así que es fresco y realmente delicioso!

Ingredients

  • 200g de arándano
  • 65 g de azúcar
  • 5 g de jugo de limón
  • 100g Oreo triturada (sin nata)
  • 40 g de mantequilla sin sal derretida
  • 200 g de queso crema
  • 50 g de azúcar
  • 35 g de yogur natural
  • 5 g de jugo de limón
  • 5 g de gelatina en hoja
  • 120 g de nata montada
  • 65 g de puré de arándanos
  • 100 g de puré de arándanos
  • 50 g de nata para montar
  • 2 g de gelatina en hoja

Instructions

  1. Hierva los arándanos y el azúcar en una olla, agregue el jugo de limón y hierva hasta que espese, luego enfríe y muela suavemente en una licuadora.
  2. Mezcla las Oreos trituradas y la mantequilla derretida, ponlas en un molde, presiónalas para aplanarlas y mételas en el frigorífico.
  3. Afloje suavemente el queso crema, agregue el azúcar y mezcle.
  4. Agregue yogur natural y jugo de limón, mezcle y derrita la gelatina en el microondas durante 10 minutos o más en agua fría durante 10 segundos para que se derrita por completo, luego agregue a la masa y mezcle.
  5. Agrega la nata finamente montada, mezcla y vierte la mitad del molde.
  6. Exprimir el puré de arándanos con una manga pastelera, verter toda la masa restante, exprimir el puré, mezclar ligeramente con palillos y dejar endurecer en el frigorífico durante unos 30 minutos.
  7. Mezclar el puré de arándanos y la crema fresca, agregar la gelatina derretida, mezclar, verter en un molde, aplanar y endurecer en el refrigerador de 3 a 4 horas.
