Ingredients

  • 85 g de queso crema
  • 30 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 65 g de leche
  • 3 yemas de huevo
  • 35 g de harina para repostería
  • 10 g de almidón de maíz
  • 2 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 3 claras de huevo
  • 55 g de azúcar

Instructions

  1. Ponga el queso crema, la mantequilla sin sal y la leche en una olla y caliente mientras revuelve hasta que la mantequilla se derrita por completo.
  2. Batir las yemas, verter (1) poco a poco y mezclar. Tamizar la harina blanda y la maicena, agregar el extracto de vainilla y mezclar.
  3. Cuando aparezcan grandes burbujas mientras se bate la clara, dividir el azúcar en 3 porciones y batir hasta obtener un merengue suave.
  4. Dividir el merengue en (2) 3 veces, mezclar, verter en un molde, colocar en una cacerola con agua caliente y hornear a 120 grados por 20 minutos, 150 grados por 20 minutos, 110 grados por 30 minutos y 180 grados por 5. minutos.
