En Cooking Tree, serviremos un delicioso panecillo con crema pastelera y te mostraremos cómo hacerlo desde cero.

Hice un hojaldre al horno relleno de crema pastelera dulce.
Es divertido amasarlo a mano para que quede más masticable y tenga varias formas.

Si la haces en casa, puedes rellenarla con muchas cremas, lo que la hace más sustanciosa y deliciosa~ Me parece
bueno que la crema también sea más sencilla de hacer en el microondas.

Se siente duro después de hornearlo, pero se vuelve húmedo y esponjoso cuando se enfría. Tiene crema, por lo que es más suave y dulce, así que creo que me hace sentir mejor cuando lo como.

Ingredients

  • 280 g de harina pan
  • 25 g de azúcar
  • 4g de sal
  • 5g de levadura seca
  • 1 huevo
  • 150 g de leche
  • 30 g de mantequilla sin sal
  • 3 yemas de huevo
  • 50 g de azúcar
  • 4 g de pasta de vainilla
  • 20 g de almidón de maíz
  • 300 g de leche caliente

Instructions

  1. Agregue el azúcar y la pasta de vainilla a la yema de huevo y mezcle, luego agregue la maicena y mezcle. Agrega la leche caliente y mezcla.
  2. Cubra y cocine en el microondas durante 1 minuto y 30 segundos, mezcle, cubra nuevamente con papel film y cocine en el microondas durante otros 2 minutos, y mezcle hasta que quede suave.
  3. Tamizar a través de un colador para que se enfríe.
  4. Haga 3 surcos en la harina para pan, ponga azúcar, sal y levadura seca en cada surco, mezcle primero con la harina y luego mezcle bien.
  5. Agregue los huevos y la leche y mezcle hasta que se combinen. Agregue mantequilla blanda sin sal y amase durante unos 15 minutos hasta que quede suave.
  6. Cubrir con film transparente y fermentar en un lugar cálido durante 1 hora, escurrir el gas y dividir en 6 trozos.

  9. Aplicar leche encima del pan y hornear en horno precalentado a 180 grados durante 15 minutos.
