Hice un elegante pastel de charlotte con cerezas frescas~
Corté las galletas con formas prolijas y las dividí hacia arriba y hacia abajo para endurecerlas, pero creo que tiene una sensación única~^^

Corté la galleta por la mitad y la puse en la parte inferior, corté 1/3 más la parte superior y la usé pequeña ~
Como la cereza es una cereza doméstica, el tamaño es pequeño.

A la hora de colocar las cerezas, colocar las cerezas de manera que el agujero de la parte de la que se han quitado las semillas suba y baje para que el lado salga bonito.

La crema es natilla y nata fresca, por lo que se siente suave y húmeda, así que creo que combina bien con la cereza ~~

Ingredients

  • 3 yemas de huevo
  • 60 g de azúcar
  • 18 g de almidón de maíz
  • 1/8 cucharadita de pasta de vainilla
  • 300 g de leche caliente
  • 50 g de cereza
  • 10 g de azúcar
  • 6g hoja de gelatina
  • 25 g de azúcar
  • 250 g de nata montada (montada al 50%)
  • Cereza
  • Plancha de bizcocho de 12cm
  • Galletas de dedo de dama

Instructions

  1. Mezcle la yema de huevo y el azúcar, agregue la maicena y mezcle, luego agregue la pasta de vainilla y mezcle.
  2. Vierta la leche caliente poco a poco, mezcle, coloque a fuego lento y caliente hasta que espese, luego transfiera a otro bol, tape y enfríe.
  3. Moler finamente las cerezas retiradas en una licuadora, ponerlas en una cacerola con azúcar, hervir hasta obtener una consistencia espesa y enfriar.
  4. Remojar la gelatina en agua fría durante unos 10 minutos.
  5. Tamizar la crema pastelera enfriada por un colador, quitar el agua de la gelatina remojada y derretirla en el microondas durante unos 10 segundos, luego agregarla a la crema pastelera y mezclar.
  6. Agrega el azúcar y mezcla, agrega el 50% de nata montada y mezcla. Divida la nata por la mitad, agregue las cerezas hervidas en un lugar y mezcle.
  7. Pega las galletas cortadas a los bordes y extiende una lámina de bizcocho de 12 cm en el fondo.
  8. Colocar la crema de cereza y la crema blanca alternativamente, y luego poner la cereza retirada a un lado, luego poner la crema blanca encima y poner a un lado las galletas de dama cortadas en trozos más pequeños.
  9. Rellenar con el resto de la nata alternativamente y endurecer en el frigorífico durante 3 horas.
