Ingredients

  • 1~2 melocotón
  • 200g Agua
  • 100g Azúcar
  • 12cm Hoja de bizcocho (3 hojas)
  • Nata montada (200g Nata para montar + 20g Azúcar)
  • Oblea enrollada de fresa

Instructions

  1. Pelar los melocotones y cortar la mitad en cubos pequeños y el resto en cubos grandes.
  2. Poner agua y azúcar en una olla y llevar a ebullición, luego agregar melocotones pequeños en forma de cubo y llevar a ebullición.
  3. Cuando los melocotones estén ligeramente blandos, separe la pulpa del melocotón del almíbar.
  4. Poner 1 hoja de bizcocho en el plato giratorio, aplicar el almíbar y luego la nata montada.
  5. Poner encima el melocotón cocido, aplicar nata montada, y encima poner otra lámina. Repita los pasos 4-5 una vez más.
  6. Unte la crema batida finamente en la parte superior y los lados del pastel.
  7. Coloque la oblea de rollo de fresa al costado del pastel, coloque un melocotón grande en forma de cubo encima y aplique el almíbar.
