Hice helado de mango masticable y fresco~
Creo que es más fresco y delicioso haciendo puré de mango y agregando pulpa de mango cruda.

Tiene una textura masticable con almidón añadido y se derrite suavemente en la boca. Agregué pulpa de mango, pero si omito la pulpa y agrego puré, creo que se verá más limpio y hermoso~

Tiene una sensación fuerte y refrescante, por lo que es realmente refrescante y delicioso para comer.

Ingredients

  • 240 g de mango
  • 40 g de azúcar
  • 10 g de jugo de limón
  • 3 yemas de huevo
  • 30 g de azúcar
  • 15 g de almidón de maíz
  • 180 g de leche condensada
  • 250 g de leche caliente
  • 5 g de extracto de vainilla
  • 350 g de nata espesa
  • 130 g de puré de mango
  • 130g mango

Instructions

  1. Poner la pulpa del mango y el azúcar en una olla y hervir. Cuando el mango esté machacado y somnoliento, agrega el jugo de limón y deja hervir un poco más.
  2. Agrega el azúcar a la yema del huevo y mezcla, agrega la maicena y mezcla, luego agrega la leche condensada y mezcla. Agrega la leche caliente y el extracto de vainilla y mezcla.
  3. Transfiera a una olla, revuelva a fuego lento hasta que espese, luego transfiera a otro tazón y enfríe.
  4. Montar la nata para montar suavemente hasta que forme un cuerno y filtrar la nata enfriada (3) por un colador.
  5. Agrega el puré de mango enfriado y mezcla, luego agrega la pulpa de mango (130 g) y mezcla.
  6. Vierte en un recipiente, aplana y endurece en el congelador durante al menos 6 horas.
